Welcome to Gilmore Homes and Builders Ltd. My name is Daniel Gilmore and I have been building in Whanganui and the surrounding districts since 2005.

Having been in the construction industry for over 19 years, I have a wide range of knowledge, which is demonstrated in the projects I have achieved for my clients. Quality is what I set out to achieve for my clients, because building a home or a commercial project is often the biggest investment you will make. I have always been a relational builder as I feel communication is the key to a successful outcome. I am always available to discuss the project, with clear updates and timelines so that you can see your project is on schedule.

We have our own plan range as well as design and build options, with an experienced architect to help guide you through the first stage of any project.  We have a number of satisfied customers which is a testament to our work. As part of our tendering process we will take you around a few of our projects to view the quality of our work and to meet the clients.
